Does anyone know of any good software that will allow me to generate traffic between two PCs?

I'm looking to congest a link running at T-1 speed to bi-directionally test an LLQ QoS policy.  I'd like to generate as many different application flows as possible so I can use NBAR and a full 11-class policy like the one that Cisco recommends in the QoS SRND. ; Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks.
