Subscribing to Services in CCM 4-1-3

Does anyone know the default password to Fast Dials and/or
Personal
Directory?

The field is populated with 5 dots. It 's probably blank but
just checking.

Erik,

It is whatever you assigned to that user. When you
create the user you also assign a PIN, username, and
password.
