Im getting a resource
unavailable error code in my trace logs when i make inbound and outbound
calls. This is with a SIP trunk. the trunk is comming direct to my
callmanager. What causes this error

99.999% of time resource unavailable is a problem with media
negotiation, this comes in several forms:
with SIP, both endpoints may not support rfc2833 which causes an MTP to
be invoked, are MTP's avialable?
if an MTP is required for any reason, then CM builin MTP only does
g711. If you need MTP for g.729 you must have hardware MTP
