When the crypto maps says" invalid", that usually
means the access list
referenced in the crypto map doesn't exist.

Any image that supports cryptography will have K9 in the
name.
c2600-j1s3-mz.123-23.bin does not, but this one does
c2600-jk9s-mz.123-23.bin.
