if you are really sure that CCM did receive this message
inbound from
the GW and did not send it, then it indicates that the PSTN
disconnected the call.
You should also see CCM acknowledging the DISCONNECT message
with a
RELEASE and the PSTN would send a RELEASE COMPLETE to
terminate the
call...
