Is  there any feature in Cisco Unified Call Manager 4.2(3) to record calls ?
If not, is there a Cisco product that can do so, or any 3rd party application?
Which ones are you using guys?

We’ve used both Cistera and IPcelerate’s IPstudio.  Both work well.  Cistera217;s is probably a little better in regards to recording.

If your needs are small-scale, this product might fit your
need:

uxoft.com/voip_recorder.html

I tested the demo version and we have a couple of people
using it here.

Has anyone used this opensource product?

I've installed it and it works as advertised but I haven't
put any
type of load on it to throughly test it.
