CM 5 Missed Calls Directory question

I have a secretary who has her attorney's line configured on her phone.  She does not want his missed calls to be included in her Missed Calls directory. Does she need to have his extension? or our you using CM 4.1 and that's your BLF? if in CM 5 or 6 just use the BLF.   otherwise I don't know of a way to disable just some of the missed call records.
