4 phones each with the same number.  1st call comes in and is answered. 2nd call comes in. Does it ring the other phones ?? At what point would CFB kick in ?

It depends on how the busy trigger is set for the DN per phone (max no. calls and busy trigger are per device and not per DN).  The default busy trigger is 2 which means if a third call comes in it will be considered busy and any CFB configuration would process the call. ; If no CFB configuration is in place then the 3rd caller would hear a busy signal.

To answer your question, if all devices are at the default busy trigger of 2, first call comes in and is answered, a second call comes in, then all other phones would ring and the phone on the call would hear a call waiting beep.
