Citrix also makes a paging solution that
uses the IP phone speakers themselves. I was involved in an installation not
too long ago that utilized it.



You can separate the phones into as many
zones as you can think of. It is installed as a service on the CM. You then
subscribe the phones that you want to be part of the paging zones to it. I also
added a ServiceURL on one of the keys for the phones and named the key “Page”.




It’s a pretty neat product. It runs
on its own server. The only drawback to it is that you have to add the DN and
IP217;s of each phone manually if you are using CM version 5.x, but in CM version
4.x it pulls that info automatically. I was told they are working on a solution
to query CM5.x versions and pull that info automatically also. If I remember
correctly it is called Citrix Visual Office.

Ah yes, the old Net6 product. It didn't scale well 
last time I talked to them, but perhaps they've made advancements.
