Hi,
Does anyone know how to configure Windows Dialing Rules for
the Cisco Unified Call Connector. I’m having a problem with adding digits
to a dialed number using Windows Dialing Rules. If I place calls to
International numbers, my access code is omitted. e.g. dialing Botswana, my
number in Outlook is listed as +267 391-8555, I need to add 00 to this number
using a dialing rule but it doesn̵7;t work. Please help.
