Cisco Guys,

I have a customer with 5.1.3.1000-12. They appear to be
hitting this
bug, but this version is not listed in the found in and or
the fixed in
version. Is it possible this bug is present in
5.1.3.1000-12?

CSCsi92454 Bug Details
SW CFB volume lowers to unacceptable level as participants
join

Symptom:
As more than 4 conference parties join a conference's using
SW CFB the
volume
levels become quieter. The more parties, the less volume.
After 6
parties, the
volume level is almost down to unable to hear.

Conditions:
Noticed in Meet-Me conference but could occur in normal
ad-hoc
conferences.

Workaround:
None

Further Problem Description:
The SW CFB audio mixer algorithm does a volume level
reduction that is
probably
too aggressive.

the specific fix for CSCsi92454 is present in
CM5.1.3.1000.12, I
confirmed the basic diffs.

That's not to say you are not running into another similar
issue. This
is the only one I know of currently so further investigation
(including
possible bad merge) should be investigated. TAC case
number?

5.1(2.9999.1)

This means it was fixed in 5.1(3). It doesn't show up in
any ES for
5.1(3) so it doesn't look like it was left out either.
