Do you have registered CTI ports that are accessible from the phone you are dialing from?

Did you create a trigger, is the CTI RP (as well as the CTI
Ports)
registered with CCM?

Does the phone have a CSS to call the partition that that
trigger is in?

Are you using G729?

Did you start the TAPS service on CCM?

Check the engine on IPCC... see if the telephony subsystem
is in service...

I have created the trigger, TAPS rp, all phones are part of
TAPS CSS.
When I connect a Phone the phone dials the TAPS number but I
get a
busy signal. Also everything is registed with call manager.
I have
restarted devices as well.

A bit lost.....

Are the CTI ports in a partition accessible from the CSS
assigned to the
phone you are dialing from?
