You will not get this in a single report from CM.   IP address information is stored in RIS / shared memory.  Only insight is DeviceListX.asp or mmfspy from cmd prompt.  DN and device description are stored in different tables in the (normalized) SQL database. you can get dn & phone from a route plan report ( ccmadmin, route plan, route plan report) you can then merge this information with devicelistx to match device names to IP addresses /wes Perera, Manoj (GE, Corporate) wrote: OSAMLVEM01.e2k.ad.ge.com" type="cite"> Thanks you for the reply. You should save yourself the time and spend a few bucks at http://www.cmreports.com/shop/ .   I don't work for them but I use their product alot and it is great. It will document your system.
