Hello everyone. I am thinking we may be having a replication issue with our Publisher and 2 Subscribers Admin Web Page’;s. Here is the issue as follows.

Publisher –

Anything registered to Device Pool 1 (DP1 – Subscriber 1) Shows unregistered and no ip address although that phone is actually registered and working.

Anything registered to Device Pool 2 (DP2 – Subscriber 2) shows as registered and has an ip address.

Subscriber 1 –

Anything registered to Device Pool 1 (DP1 – Subscriber 1) shows as registered and has an ip address

Anything registered to Device Pool 2 (DP2 – Subscriber 2) Shows unregistered and no ip address although that phone is actually registered and working.

Subscriber 2 -

Anything registered to Device Pool 1 (DP1 – Subscriber 1) Shows unregistered and no ip address although that phone is actually registered and working.

Anything registered to Device Pool 2 (DP2 – Subscriber 2) shows as registered and has an ip address.

There is nothing in the logs and the SQL Connection shows no errors.  I did reboot the publisher this morning due to an issue with trying to upgrade the version of BAT (as the one I have has a bug in it) as advised by TAC. Unfortunately I received an IIS ADMIN error – not enough rights (even though I was logged in as Administrator) and was given the choice of retrying or canceling. I chose to cancel as I was doing it in the middle of a work day and chose to do it after the core business hours. The IIS service was stopping and wouldnR17;t restart – so I rebooted the publisher. I know a whole separate issue but could have had impact on this.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Sounds like RisDC on the two subs isn't behaving correctly.  Try bouncing it on both of them and the pub as well if that doesn't work.
