| What about giving IP Communicator with a shared line or using Attendant Console to screen pop on the PC and possibly generate ring?
Otherwise, is this case of specific tone deafness? Perhaps a custom ringtone targeting the audible frequency range for the user?

I have a user who has hearing trouble and cant always hear her ringer. She is looking to see if there is anything we can hook up to the phone that will just flash for an incoming call. I guess the MWI indicator isn't working for her.
