Dual T1 situation - best configuration?

My friend and I were discussing the best way to setup a dual
T1 (dual
provider) connection. We want to make sure our clients web
servers are
covered incase one of the T1s go down. Also, we need to make
sure that the
outbound internet is okay. What is your opinion on the best
way to
accomplish this?
