3750 switch stack

I have a question about 3750 switch stacks that I have not
been able to find
on CCO.  We have a switch named "switch1", and
there are 4 switches in the
stack.  There was an error in the logs referring to
switch1-2.  We have not
named any of the switches switch1-2.  Is that a feature of
the switch stacks?
