i have the same setup, switches are trunk and also have
portfast
configuration, the trunk ports are also memeber of port
channel, but no issue,
below the configuration
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/27
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport trunk native vlan 13
switchport mode trunk
channel-group 1 mode desirable
spanning-tree portfast
!
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/28
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport trunk native vlan 13
switchport mode trunk
channel-group 1 mode desirable
spanning-tree portfast
interface Port-channel1
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport trunk native vlan 13
switchport mode trunk
spanning-tree portfast
but this configuration both ports will be in forwarding
state, no one will
be in blocking.
you please make trunk between required ports and make them
member of port
channel and then configure the interface port channel also
as trunk.
