frame relay help

hi,
i'm doing some practices and need some help from you.
two routers A and B
A s0/0 connects to B s0/0
A s0/1 connects to B s0/1
both link encap frame relay
and these links have to been like one link, use a /30 ip
address.
 can anyone help?
