Hi Mike,
There is no any official announcements yet. No one can
guarantee when it
will happen. I used to hear that Cisco will change Security
lab 8 months
ago.

My recommendation is to study current blueprint and book a
seat "at most"
within 4-5 months period. Worst case scenario is to upgrade
your knowledge
from ASA 7.0 to ASA 8.0 and IPS 5.0 to IPS 6.0.
Take it easy and study hard.

Subject: security lab changes pending

I was planning on starting my security lab preparations
right about now.

If the security lab changes in the upcoming months, does
this mean I have to

delay my pursuit of this specialty ?

How long do I need to delay ?

Are all vendors' security workbooks now out of date ?

Which vendor is going to have their workbook updated first
?
