2 Apply Policy-Map For All Traffic class-default..

If i want to apply policy-map to all traffic on an interface
should i use
class class-default or i can create access-list permit ip
any and then apply
it to class-map and then apply to policy-map? Anybody can
guide me which one
is the better way ?
