No, I have never install CallManager on that server. It is a
support
CallManager platform. Cisco only allows certified platforms
to running
CallManager using the installation process.
To install CallManager you need either a Cisco branded
server (ICS or MCS)
or a customer supplied support platform. See link below.

Since you have supported platform. Simply insert the
Hardware Detection CD
(DVD) and that will install Windows with the necessary
drivers and base
level CIPT (Cisco IP Telephony) OS. At that point the server
is properly
prepared to install CallManager. After the OS is installed,
then install
CallManager 4.x,
Cisco rarely supports downloading patches from Microsoft for
CallManager. It
is always best to get Windows patches from Cisco's website
for CallManager
servers.
