This is a dual trace 15MHz scope. It would be O.K. for low
speed requirement 
applications.

In measuring/observing signals, one has to take into
consideration rise and 
fall times, glitches, phase, etc. of the signal - so it's
usually best to 
have a scope that's about 10X the speed of the frequency
you're interested in 
observing.

For most vintage work you'd be better off with the readily
available and 
inexpensive TEK 4x5 (x=6,7,8) series. All are portable,
dual-trace, have 
delayed sweep, and reasonable differential capability (handy
for core memory 
scoping).
