...So my not write a little file called, oh, GOBASIC.COM
that 
contains the following 4 bytes?

CD 18 CD 20

If there's a BASIC in ROM, that should get to it, no?  The
extra two 
bytes are there just to catch things if there's no BASIC
ROM.
