I've done it. For a while I had a KFQSA and an RF71 in a
BA23 chassis
with a KDJ11-B processor. I ran 2.11BSD. There was a little
trouble
getting the MSCP bootstrap to work with the KFQSA, but I
think that is
now included in the patches for 2.11BSD.
It really helps if you have a qbus VAX like a KA650 that has
DUP in the
ROM so you can configure the DSSI disk. I thought it was
cool when I
discovered that the embedded processor in the RF71 was a
VAX.
