clips are not stored inside profiles

Hi,

Clippings is a great addon. BUT:
when I save my Firefox Profile with
Mozbackup, my clips are NOT saved.

Therefore I have to export them and then re-import
them in the new computer.

Wouldn't it be better if the clips were saved
inside the profile?

The Clippings data used to be saved in the Firefox user
profile.  But
with the new common datasource feature introduced in
Clippings 3.0,
the clippings data is now stored in the user's home
directory so that
both Firefox and Thunderbird can access it.  As far as
exporting and
importing the datasource file is concerned -- get used to
it.
