That's an interesting question, however I've never heard of
people doing it
natively (might want to do some reading on the email
protocol). Like a post
dated check that doesn't get cashed until the date on the
check is reached -
it keeps cycling through the system until the date is the
current date.
Like in Outlook you can specify a certain 'do not deliver
before' time on an
email, but then it's up to the client to sent the email
out/pool the Outbox
for emails that have reached their intended delivery date,
but not on a
server. I'm sure you could create a queue that is checked
and then place
the emails in the Outbound or 'Mail/Spool' directory for
processing...
