they've created a driver that allows you to read Access DBs,
both on 
your desktop (as long as the file has .mdb appended) and
remote (I think).

I don't know about making it work with CF, though, since
this driver is 
ODBC only and not JDBC, far as I can tell.

If you can figure out how to get CF7 connect with this, I'd
love to know.
