Hello Guys
I am considering using the MCF5213 for an upcoming
project, I am interested in using the LQFP part, I see
there are 2 part numbers availabe for this packaging.
1.)MCF5213CAF66 (100 LQFP)
2.)MCF5213CAF80 (100 LQFP)
I believe the main technical difference is the clock
speed between the packages, is there any other notable
difference that I should look out for?
Among the two, is one of the part more popular than
the other hence leading to ease of avialibility? I am
trying to choose a packaging that would not have a
lead time issue in the future.
