SDRAM with 12 columns on 5307 or 5407?

We use 2 MT48LCAM32B sdram chips to give 32Mb Sdram, a0- a11
used as
adress strobes. If that's similar to what you want to do
let me now and

I am wondering if anyone has successfully interfaced a 5307

SDRAM with 12 column address lines? On page 11-27 of the
5307, it
suggests this should be possible, but I think the table
ignores the fact
that there must be a COMMAND address line in there
somewhere, probably
on A24. SDRAM A10 can't be shared between A23 and A22 and
as far as I
know, A25 does not MUX with A24.

Can someone shed some light on this? Also, I have lost track
of the
Coldfire personnel once Freescale took over. Is David
Seymour, Jeff
Bock, or Sue Cozart still around? Do their old email
addresses still
work?
