Codewarrior License Issue

I'm using CodeWarrior for ColdFire Special Edition and just
started to 
have a problem when
trying to compile I'll get the following error message;
   "unable to use plugin MetroWerks C/C++"

I thought I had a invalid license but after talking to the
Freescale 
license folks it seems to be another problem.
I'm currently in Freescale support limbo waiting for a
reply.  Has 
anyone been down this road and possibly
have a work around ?
