Searching for data logger

Hi,

I'm looking for a uC board, which should be used for data
logging via 
serial port. The board shall fulfill the following
specifications:

- one serial interface for data collection (at least 9600
bps)
- memory for storing data coming from the serial interface.
Preferably 
we'd like to use a SD card up to 512 MB. Alternatively, we
could also 
use onboard memory, which should at least provide 5 MB
storage space
- an interface for downloading the stored data. For speed
reasons, a 
ethernet interface would be fine. But we could also live
with a serial 
connection (115 kbps)

Cost and size minimization are major requirements, we'll
probably need 
some hundred devices. Price per unit shall preferably be
below 100 USD.

Is there any board out of the ColdFire family that could
fulfill our 
wishes - any idea?
