Patch for arrays.

This is a patch that lets cometd.js accept JSON arrays as
messages.

I'm sure Alex has done this (or will do this) much better,
but I needed
this patch so I can run my latest impl (that sends arrays if
it has multiple
messages).

I think the current spec says that arrays should always be
sent, but there
is no harm in being forgiving.
