IRC meetings for a 1.0 release...

I think we should recommence regular IRC meetings and make a
final push to 
get a 1.0 release out in November.

How about we start again at 

   CA: 14:00 Wednesday 24 October
   IT: 23:00 Wednesday 24 October 
   AU:  7:00 Thursday 25 October
