Does anyone have a simple sample...

I downloaded jetty 6.1.5 and have the chat demo working. How
do I hook
in a Java listener on the server to view the messages going
back and
forth?

Also, I want to be able to post messages to a channel, say
using a
Java class. How would I do that?
