Patch - environment - current working directory

In the minor patch attached to this message:
 - a function call in src/port/environment/utilities.lisp is
changed, so as
to call what appears that it would be the intended function
 -  the file src/port/environment/impl-dependent/sbcl.lisp
is revised, so as
to use *DEFAULT-PATHNAME-DEFAULTS*, in lieu of what appears
to have been a
carry-over from some CMUCL code. The code was using the
return-value from a
function EXTEFAULT-P
