Hello,
I recently upgraded coldfusion from mx6 to mx7. Upon
upgrading I no
longer have the option in commonspot adminstrator (under
server
configuration) to enable K2 support (it just lists session
timeout and
then email notification, no verity k2 server). When I test
the verity
under commonspot tools it says it is fine and then when I
got to build
the ini files I get this error message.
Error: K2 Support has NOT yet been enabled. Please navigate
to the
Server Configuration section within the CommonSpot
Adminstrator and
enable the K2 support. Then return to this utility to build
the
appropriate K2 INI file entries.
Has anyone encountered this before?
Also, in the event viewer I get this error
The Verity K2Server (Version 2.20pr6) service failed to
start due to
the following error:
The system cannot find the path specified.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in Advance,
Michael Jakubowski
