Typically the way I would handle it would be to go to the
base template and
include code like this:
<cfif request.subsite.url contains
"/mynewsubsite/">
<cfoutput><img
src="newsubsitegraphic.jpg"></cfoutput>
<cfelse>
<cfoutput><img
src="defaultheader.jpg"></cfoutput>
</cfif>
Alternately, you could replace the image with a
schedule/personalize element
and schedule header images to appear based on location in a
subsite.
