If the pages are in their own subsite you could inactivate
that subsite.
If not, inactivate each page that you don't want people to
see and then
replicate (assuming you have an authoring server and a
ROPS).

Subject: [Commonspot] Temporarily Disabling Files and
Directories
I am going to be cutting over to a new database, and during
the
transition, I would like to prevent end users from visiting
certain
pages. Is there anyway I can lockout these pages? I know I
could
remove links, but there are multiple ways these pages can be
hit.
Thanks,
Greg Beirise
