As far as I know, there is nothing built-in to do that.
Lists are
designed so that any e-mail address can be added to the
list, so there
is nothing that ties the list membership to local accounts.
I do suppose
it wouldn't be terribly difficult to write a script to pull
a list of
lists, then the list membership for each list, routing each
address on
the list and removing those that route to error.

With the default settings, the next time someone will send a message to the mailing list, those deleted accounts will get removed from the list anyway, since the message will bounce on them.
