Interesting to me, since we did a lot of work around DRDB at
SuSE, in
fact Alan Robertson and Lars-Marowske Bree, (Heartbeat and
SGI's
Failsafe guys) worked on my team. DRDB should be able to
work in your
description, but I have not heard of others doing it, but we
do have
10,000 customers out there....

If you do decide to use DRDB, we would be interested to
heard about it
and potentially work on a best practices guide for others.
If you would
be willing to describe what you did there, and help us
create a page of
info for the others in the community, contact me when you
decide. DR and
site replication comes up often, and this might be another
interesting
technology along with Fibre solutions.

Regards,

Jon
