We are using CGPro 4.3.7 on a Red Hat linux server.



 



It appears that when I edit the Trailer.txt file, and put a
blank line between the title “ANL DISCLAIMER” and then the text of
this disclaimer, the blank line disappears when the e-mail is sent, unless it
is sent in plain text format.



 



I even put spaces and tabs and a CR in the blank line but it
makes no difference. I also tried using the unix2dos command on the file but
this made no difference as well. Does anyone know why the blank line disappears?

Paul,

I would suggest it is being converted to html (when in
non-text emails). 
To add a line you would need a <BR>, i.e.. html
coding.

Just a thought, possibly wrong
