EDI 101 and
ANSI X12 Training Classes
These
are two separate, standalone classes: EDI "101" (Monday,
July 31) and ANSI X12 Standards (Tuesday, Aug. 1). EDI
is the way businesses exchange transaction data (purchase orders,
ship notices, invoices, etc.) electronically - computer-to-computer.
With EDI, the data is organized in standard formats so the companies
exchanging the data can more easily interpret and use the data.
In these two one-day classes, the students gain
a foundational level understanding of EDI and specifically the
ANSI X12 Standards. The ANSI X12 standards is the EDI standard
most used in the United States.
Attendees
may sign up for one or both classes. The member price is $450/class
($900 total). The non-member price is $500/class ($1000 total).
These classes are being given by EDI Partners (www.edipartners.com)
- The Leader in EDI Education in the U.S. since 1993.
