question on AntiVir

I have been using AVG (free version) for 2 years now, "0" problems....

Hello,

Can any one tell me if super Anti-spyware is any good I found
it on downloads.com and put it on my computer I have found
my web browser loads faster as it found some tracking cookies the the others did'nt any advice would be helpful,
