At the biggest Restaurant Industry Convention in Chicago (2
stadium filled) one time, I got to taste croc meat. It's a
convention where you get to sample food, alcoholic drinks,
juices, pies etc and watch cooking shoes and see new
restaurant and kitchen gadgets. It was only open for people
in the restaurant biz but I have a friend who gives me
tickets every year. She owns a catering biz....it's a good
time and worth every penny. Well in any case, after I ate
the croc meat, it just didn't sit well with me...Ruined what
could have been a perfect day. Well I then walked over to
the Beer aisle and sample lots of new brews. Saved the day
actually. Oh yeah...um...good thing they didn't check for
IDs <GRIN> I wasn't even wearing a fake mustache.
