Problems with uninstalling Norton Security suite, please help!

I've got the complete Norton Security Suite & it is expired but it's
still on my computer taking up an enormous amount of space. I;ve tried
to uninstall numerous times with no success. It's says I need
administrator login access. Well, I have no way of having that or
knowing what it is. I have tried to get ahold of support of Norton
with no success. Can anyone tell me how I get get this enormous non
functional security suite off of my computer?
I have other functioning very good security in place on my computer. I
don't need Norton security even if it did work.
