Problems with uninstalling Norton Security suite, please help!

Hi Cheryl,

The Norton Removal Tool uninstalls all Norton 2007/2006/2005/2004/2003
products from your computer. Before you continue, make sure that you have
the installation CDs or downloaded installation files for any Norton
products that you want to reinstall. Also, if you use ACT! or WinFAX, back
up those databases and uninstall those products.

I've got the complete Norton Security Suite & it is expired but it's still
on my computer taking up an enormous amount of space. I;ve tried to
uninstall numerous times with no success. It's says I need administrator
login access. Well, I have no way of having that or knowing what it is. I
have tried to get ahold of support of Norton with no success. Can anyone
tell me how I get get this enormous non functional security suite off of my
computer? I have other functioning very good security in place on my
computer. I don't need Norton security even if it did work. Cheryl
