Do i need to change anything on my computer if im giving it away to my cousin

yes i gave him the cd, but its service pack one, i guess if he needed
to reinstall at sometime that is okay. I see i have a service pack 2
xp cd i got for free from somewhere. I gave him microsoft office,
word and few things i don't use..
Funny how i used that computer for 2 years and never once put a cd in
it. Heck i didnt even know i could watch movies on my new laptop.
