what do you mean by search for anything yahoo and delete? there are lots of yahoo files..yahoo mail, yahoo groups, etc. or yahoo mssnger only. how to turn off system restore?

Well in that case you should do some scans and a cleanout out.
But, to find the problem may need a total uninstall, or at least
uninstall Y messenger and then reinstall.
