Can't change Bios

1.Can not change Cmos or Bios. 2. Get into by pressing Delete. 3. Awards
bios #v4. 51 pgm. 4. Get in but can not change values or do not save.
5. Can change numbers, but do not save. 6. Battery good.(checked and
replaced) 3 V. 7. May be doing everything incorrect. (WRONG) 8. Says for
me, user to change clock. 9. Says for me, user to change harddrive. 10.
Do not know how to do anything. Do you have any solutions to my
